I am unable to find my photo!

If you are unable to find your photo with the image number given to you at the park/fair, you can now manually search for your image. Please be advised, if your photo was taken at Canada's Wonderland, due to security reasons, this tool is not available at this time.

Please follow the directions below in order to use the manual search tool.

1. Click on the "Manual Searching Tool" link at the bottom of the screen.



2. The following page will enable you to search for your image by the approximate time the photo was taken, or if you can't remember the time frame, you may want to view all the photos for that day. The option to view all photos, is advisable to use, just incase your photo was uploaded at a later time than actualy expected.



3. Once you have selected which search option to use, your images will begin to appear toward the bottom of your page. Depending on your internet connectivity, the loading of these thumbnails may take some time to appear. Please note: these are preview images and as a result, are of low-resolution.



4. As soon as you locate your photo, you may click on it and the following screen will enable you to purchase your Photograph. If you encounter problems and are unable to find your image, please contact our customer service.
