Why does it take so long for my pictures to appear on the site?

Photogra.com provides the park & event operators with this web service so that visitors or participants have another way to get their photos from the event.
Usually, the photos are available on the site within 48 hours, however, under some circumstances (when the event is in a remote location such as a state fair), the photos may be delayed for several days before they are available on the site.
In addition, the images on the web-site are low resolution images, and are only used for previewing. A high resolution image is needed to actually produce quality photo reprints. Once images are selected, we notify the Photographer, and the High resolution photos are sent to us. We apologize, however photo delivery times may be increased by several days in some cases.
